Our Commitment to Service

At Pioneer Security and Communications, we stand behind our work with a 90-day limited warranty on all equipment and installations. Each installation includes one (1) service call or training session scheduled within 90 days of the installation date.

After the initial 90 days, any system malfunctions attributed to product software, firmware issues, or product failure are subject to our standard service rates. These rates cover diagnosis and/or replacement of problematic equipment. Additional visits required after diagnosis will also be charged at our hourly rate.

  • Products purchased directly by the client or any interference caused by these products.
  • Third-party interference with technology (e.g., pre-owned client products, cable provider outages, power disruptions).
